Job Description

This position is at our HQ in Milan. Its required a strong entrepreneurial and dynamic spirit, and a provable previous experience in similar positions.

You will work in strong collaboration with our founders to execute strategies that will support our company's ambitious hiring plan. This is the first position in our HR & People team.

The candidate has strong communication skills and should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a specific strategy.

Main responsibilities

  • Help the team to adopt the mindest around the core values of the company
  • Design comprehensive and meaningful hiring strategies to attract the best talents;
  • Analyze candidates in order to find the correlation to the company needs;
  • Collaborate with our consultants to deliver documentations required during the pre-hiring and post-hiring process;
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the retention strategy of our people;
  • Monitor the performance and overall contribuition of the different teams in coordination with the heads of the different functions;
  • Build useful report for the management of the hiring and retention plan

Who we are looking for

  • Previous and solid experience of at least 3 years in similar positions
  • Excellent in organize your day to day and great management of deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and enjoy team working being proactive in developing solutions.
  • Willing to improve your skills, looking for personal growth and interested in increase your knowledge regarding innovative finance and how startups and innovation ecosystems work.

Terms and Conditions

Salary range based on experience. Stock options plan available. Benefits include budget for personal training and equipment.
